Conditions of Participation Studo Run Challenge 2024

Participation in the Studo Run is free of charge. The Studo Run is organized in cooperation with Adidas Runtastic.

The duration of the Studo Run is from 27.05.2024 from 00:01 to 02.06.2024 until 23:59. During this period, participants will have the opportunity to take part in the Studo Run. 

The Studo Run will take place in Germany, Austria and Slovenia with the respective nations competing against each other. The Nation with the longest average distance (=team kilometers/ total number of team members of the respective nation) wins at the end of the specified period. 

In order to participate in the Studo Run, it is necessary to fill in and send the registration form. It is also necessary to provide an email address. The registration form can only be found in the Studo App. In the registration form you will find the link to the respective Adidas Runtastic group (Germany, Austria and Slovenia). Please join either the group "AT - Studo Run 2024", "DE - Studo Run 2024" or "SI - Studo Run 2024", depending on your own location. It is not allowed to open a new group. This will automatically lead to disqualification. 

Natural persons who are resident in Austria, Germany or Slovenia and matriculated at an Austrian, German or Slovenian university are eligible to participate.

Not eligible to participate in the Studo Run and the prize draw are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the Studo Run and employees of Studo and Adidas Runtastic as well as their family members.

The prize draw will only be given to participants who have registered in the Studo App via the registration form. In addition, each participant must reach a minimum distance of 3 km to be eligible for the prize draw.

Prizes 

Every participant who runs more than 3 km is guaranteed to receive an Adidas Runtastic Pro voucher (3 months) and a Studo Pro voucher (3 months). In addition the participants with the longest distance can win the following prizes:

Team 1st place: 

1st-3rd place: Amazon voucher in the value of 50€ + 3 months Adidas Runtastic Pro voucher + 3 Months Studo Pro voucher. 

Team 2nd place: 

1st-3rd place: Amazon voucher in the value of 30€ + 3 months Adidas Runtastic Pro voucher + 3 Months Studo Pro voucher. 

Team 3rd place: 

1st-3rd place: Amazon voucher in the value of 20€ + 3 months Adidas Runtastic Pro voucher + 3 Months Studo Pro voucher. 

All participants who run more than 3 km will also receive: Adidas Runtastic Pro voucher (3 months) + Studo Pro voucher (3 months).

Participants will be informed of their prize in a timely manner via the e-mail address provided. The prize will only be handed over to the winner or the legal representative of the underage winner. 

An exchange or a cash payment of the winnings is not possible. To ensure the integrity of the "Studo Run", Studo reserves the right to request screenshots of each completed run. These screenshots must clearly show the date of the run, the duration, and the distance covered. This measure is intended to ensure that the accumulated kilometers are achieved exclusively through running activities and not through the use of other modes of transportation. Through this process, we aim to guarantee fair competition conditions and verify the authenticity of each performance.
If the winner fails to comply with the request to submit the screenshots, the prize will be awarded to the next runner-up.

Studo explicitly reserves the right to terminate the Studo Run without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the Studo Run from running as planned. 

Studo points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without consent. The personal data will only be used for contacting the participant for the purpose of sending the prizes.

The participant may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The legal process is excluded.
