Accessibility declaration

Accessibility of the Campus App

Studo products are designed and assessed to meet digital accessibility standards, so that every person using them, whether student, lecturer, or member of staff, can do so without encountering accessibility issues. This declaration sets out the standards we apply, the scope of our responsibility, and how to raise an issue.

Products are assessed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and the European standard EN 301 549 v3.2.1, in line with EU Directive 2016/2102.

How this declaration was prepared

This declaration is reviewed and updated following each annual audit cycle, or whenever a significant product change may affect accessibility compliance. Accessibility assessments are conducted in-house using a structured methodology against EN 301 549 v3.2.1.

Where accessibility issues are identified during assessment, they are documented in the relevant report and tracked within our product development roadmap. Content published by partner institutions within our products may not always meet accessibility requirements; each institution is responsible for the accessibility of its own content.
