Communicate with students without email or social media

Email and social media were not built for university communications. Switch to a channel that reaches only your students, reliably, every day.

Reach students reliably without depending on social media

Your announcements belong where students actually look. The university newsfeed is built into the same mobile interface they already open every day for timetables, grades, and course groups. Students do not need to go anywhere new.

Send announcements students see the moment you publish

A push notification reaches every student's lock screen in seconds. Event invitations, deadline reminders, open day announcements, or urgent room changes: your communications team sends them directly, without waiting on IT.

Replace WhatsApp groups with a channel you control

Students already coordinate through WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages. An in-app chat gives them the same convenience in a channel your institution controls. Course groups, study programmes, and student organisations each get their own dedicated space.

Give new students everything they need from day one

Starting university means navigating a new campus, a new timetable, and a list of deadlines all at once. A built-in campus map, personalised schedule, and key contacts give every new student what they need from day one, without calling student services to ask.

Get student feedback without chasing responses

Course feedback, workload surveys, satisfaction ratings, and event polls all run in the same place students already open every day. They respond in seconds. No chasing responses, no separate platform, results available immediately.

Run your entire content operation from one interface

A web-based publishing interface gives your communications team full control. Write and schedule posts, pull in content automatically via RSS feeds, and track which announcements get opened, which events fill, and where engagement drops.

See why institutions like yours pick this solution

96% of students at partner institutions open the app every day. One platform, accessible only to your students, built for exactly this purpose. Institutions that have made the switch report the same finding: students no longer want to do without it.

What is the difference between the newsfeed and push notifications?

The newsfeed is always-on content students see when they open the Campus App or Digital ID Card. Push notifications are active alerts sent to the lock screen. Both are published from the Newsroom. Push is best for time-sensitive information. The newsfeed is best for content students return to.

Can different departments publish independently?

Yes. The Newsroom supports multiple publishers with separate channels. Each faculty, department, or student service can publish to its own channel. Your central communications team can oversee all channels or delegate access to individual teams independently.

What if a student has disabled push notifications?

Push notifications can be disabled at the device level. Content published to the newsfeed remains accessible inside the app regardless of notification settings.

Can we run surveys through the same platform?

Yes. Surveys are built and managed directly in the platform. You define the questions, set a response window, and view results in real time. If your institution already uses a dedicated survey tool, you can link to it from the app so students respond without switching platforms.

How long does it take to get the Newsroom running?

The Newsroom is available as part of the Campus App setup. Once your app is live, your communications team can start publishing immediately. No additional technical configuration is required.
