Does this connect to our campus management system?
Yes. All modules connect to your campus management system via REST API, Excel, CSV, or XML import. Course and student data is imported once. After that, every module pulls from the same source without manual re-entry.
What if a student cannot scan the QR code?
Lecturers can mark attendance manually for individual students directly in the web interface. The manual override is logged alongside the automatic records. Students without a smartphone can also be registered via NFC if your institution has readers installed.
Can we assign students to groups manually if needed?
Yes. Group Registration supports self-service, manual assignment, and a combination of both within the same course. Staff with the appropriate role can override any registration at any point before or after the window closes.
How does the timetable handle last-minute changes?
