Groups are configured on top of the data you already have, without entering anything twice. Once registration closes, the results sync back to your campus management system and into the timetable, so every student automatically sees their personalised schedule.

Group Registration works for more than course groups. Use it to let students pick their own elective courses, too. Publish the available options, set a limit per course, and open a selection window. Students browse what is available and confirm their choice.
Start each semester with your groups already in place
Can students register themselves or does admin have to assign them?
Both options are available. You can open a registration window for students to choose their own groups, assign students manually, or combine both approaches within the same course.
How do we set group size limits?
Group capacity is configured per group when you set up the registration. Students cannot register once a group is full. You can adjust capacity at any time before the registration window closes.
Does Group Registration connect to our campus management system?
Yes. Course and student data is imported from your campus management system via the same campus management system integration. You do not need to enter course data separately.
What happens to group assignments after the semester ends?
Groups are archived alongside the course record at the end of the semester. Historical data remains accessible for reference. New groups are created fresh for each registration period.
How much internal effort does setup require?
Initial setup requires your campus management system integration for the data import and a brief onboarding session with our team. After that, your admin staff manage registration periods directly from the platform without IT involvement.
