How do your solutions integrate into our existing system landscape?

Our platform is designed to seamlessly integrate with your existing infrastructure ("Plug & Play"). We support interfaces to all common Student Information Systems (SIS) and Campus Management Systems, as well as Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Moodle, Canvas, or ILIAS. Authentication takes place via your established standards such as Shibboleth, LDAP, or SAML.

How does Studo differ from an in-house development?

The crucial difference lies in cost-efficiency and future viability. In-house development ties up enormous internal IT resources - not just for creation, but especially for permanent maintenance and adaptation to new operating system updates (iOS & Android). With Studo, you receive an immediately ready-to-use, TÜV-certified software solution. We take over the complete development, maintenance, and support, allowing your IT department to concentrate on core tasks.

Is our students' data secure?

Yes, and our architecture is the decisive factor here: The App functions as a specialized browser. This means we do not access your databases to harvest data or store it externally. Instead, the app merely visualizes the information already present in your systems (SIS, LMS) in a mobile-optimized way. Data sovereignty thus remains 100% with your university. Of course, our processes are fully GDPR-compliant and are audited annually by TÜV SÜD - regarding both software quality and data security.

Can we adapt the solutions to our corporate design?

Absolutely. We view our solutions as your university's digital flagship. With our white-labeling option, we adapt the app icon, colors, and logo exactly to your corporate design. How does a typical implementation project work?

Since we rely on standardized processes, the effort for your internal IT is minimal.
